Rosebud Wellness hosts community acupuncture at a variety of locations. In this style of acupuncture, participants receive acupuncture in a group setting for a reduced fee.
Holly will have a short discussion with each person to determine what they would like to address during the session. She will then provide an individualized acupuncture treatment, and allow each person to rest for 30-min.
Scheduling in advance is recommended, but not required. You may also arrive anytime within the scheduled time slot. See below for more details, dates and locations.

In community style acupuncture, the initial assessment will take about 15 minutes, after which each person will rest with the needles for about 30 minutes. The entire session lasts 45 min-1 hour.
Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and have eaten a light meal prior to your session.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. The points that will be used are located from the elbow down to the arm and hand, and from the knee down to the leg and foot.
Pants and shirts that can be easily rolled up so these points are accessible are recommended.
At Spring Root Acupuncture Mondays 2-6 pm- $50
At Special Events- $25 (cash/check/venmo only)
We are able to keep the rates much lower in this style than in private acupuncture because we can see more people per hour.
